Unlike traditional hotels, our suites feature full kitchens or kitchenettes, private decks, and the independence to enjoy the Catskills on your own terms — self check-in, no front desk, come and go as you please. The property sits along the Esopus Creek with private river access, mountain views of Mt. Pleasant ridge, hammocks strung between tall pines, fire pits, and acres of outdoor space to explore. ## What The Leeway Is Not To help set accurate expectations: - Not a resort: no on-site restaurant, spa, or pool. Suites are self-catering; excellent dining is 5-15 minutes away in Phoenicia and Woodstock. - Not a vacation rental: it is a professionally operated nine-suite hotel with hotel-grade linens, supplies, and support (call, text, or email anytime). - Not a conventional hotel either: no lobby or front desk.
